Salmon River and Lake Ontario Reports

published 12 September 2014

The amount of Salmon in the river seems to be increasing ever so slowly. The Ball Park was giving up some Kings this morning including the nice one pictured below. The water flow is at 350 CFS until midnight Friday 9/12, and the water temperature is 65 degrees. Tomorrows high is expected to barely get into the 60's with lots of rain. So far not huge numbers but the fish we are seeing are nice. The river remains a 2 on our scale.

The Lake Ontario fishing hasn't happened for the last two days due to high winds.
