Even if it doesn't seem like spring outside the spring Steelhead season is off to a good start. Current water flow is 750 CFS plus runoff. Fishing remains good throughout the river with good numbers of fresh fish coming into the lower river. The best baits over the weekend were...

water flow is 750 CFS. Fishing has been very productive through the river. most of the fish have been in the deeper pools. key baits have been egg sacs, beads and pink worms.

Water Level is 750 cfs. Fishing is very productive in the upper river. Blue egg sacks have been the key bait. There is fresh fish and they're starting to see drop backs.

The salmon river flow is 350 cfs. Fishing through out the river has been productive. Most fish being caught on size 8 and 10 stone flies, blue and white egg sac's and berkley power bait pink worm.

Fishing is good. Water level at 335 CFS. Lower river has been producing, blue egg sacks seem to be working the best.
