Good Start to Spring fishing published 31 March 2014
Even if it doesn't seem like spring outside the spring Steelhead season is off to a good start. Current water flow is 750 CFS plus runoff. Fishing remains good throughout the river with good numbers of fresh fish coming into the lower river. The best baits over the weekend were pink egg sacs ,Pink worms, and small black stones flies in sizes 8 and 10.
