Salmon River Fishing Report 9/11/18

published 11 September 2018

As of this morning we have Salmon moving into the river with some decent numbers being reported. Mark Epding, who works here at Fat Nancy's had a great morning with 16 or 17 hook ups in about 3 hours. The rain and much cooler temperatures the last 2 days seems to have done the trick bringing some fish into the river system. We're not talking about huge numbers but enough to make a few hours on the river pay off. Look for more fish to come in between now and the weekend when a return to higher daytime temperatures may slow things down again. Water flow remains at 335 CFS. As conditions change we will continue to update you on what's happening on the Salmon River. Go to Fat Nancy's Tackle Shop facebook page to see some video of Mark's action on the river this morning.
