Salmon River Fishing Report 9/6/18

There are a few fish in the Salmon River now, but the water temperature is very high with all the hot humid weather we have had the last few weeks. The weather is going to change for a few days with tomorrows high forecast for 74, and Saturday at 65 with a low of 48. Rain is also in the forecast for next Monday and Tuesday. Right now unless you live close by I would wait a few days, or if you just can't wait any longer don't get your expectations to high. This could change as early as next week,and we will now have regular reports to keep you posted on the fall river fishing conditions.The lake fishing continues to be the best ever, so when they do come in it should be epic.The river is flowing at 335 CFS. You will be able to buy fishing licenses for pickup only on our online store starting Wednesday September 19th.
