The Brown Trout fishing is heating up with the best bite coming from Catfish Creek to the High Rocks in 10-25 flow.
The best lures have been Michigan Stinger diehard, pickleseed, off the downrigger back 50 feet, down 8 feet, and with Bay Rat and Smithwick lures off the boards 100-125 ft. back.
Overall good lures to use: brown trout candy, yankee troller, and Bay Rats. Smithwick colors in black and silver and blue silver white belly.
