Salmon River Report 10/26 published 26 October 2016
The Salmon River is currently flowing at 500 CFS until 11:59 PM tonight OCT 26. Most of the action for Kings is now happening from Pineville to Altmar with good numbers of fish still in the system.There are some nice Steelhead being caught but not in large numbers yet. The water temperature is around 50 degrees now, and leaves will be a problem in some areas as they continue to fall. Much better water visibility now than we had over the weekend as the water flow has dropped. Look for the Steelhead fishing to continue to improve as we head into November.
