Lake Ontario Report

The lake fishing continues to improve with Kings showing up in the deep water (150-350 feet) and Browns closer in (40-110 feet). Best baits for the Kings has been cut bait rigs green moo, and green tiger behind either a green haze Kingfisher Attractor or a lemon lime jelly fish.The best baits for Browns have been Michigan Stingers Stingray size Chicken Wing, and Mongoose. For the Kings find the temperature break with bait near it and they should be there.

 

The salmon river is running at 750 CFS Until 7:00 PM Mon AUG 04, 
From 7:00 PM Mon, until 9:00 PM, Fri AUG 08, 350 CFS
From 9:00 PM, Fri AUG 08, until 11:59 PM, Fri AUG 08, 185 CFS

with the flow increase we might see a few Kings and Atlantics around.
